1. What is the processing time for my order?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be prepared on the next business day.


2. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Priority Express (1–2 business days)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


3. How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


4. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship within the United States.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.


6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please email us immediately with the correct address.
Lagoon & Lace Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
